NAFES Certified Foodservice Professional PROGRAM

After several years of successfully operating in Australia, the NAFES Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) Program continues to draw interest from the foodservice industry.

There are now well over 100 people who have successfully completed the CFSP program in Australia.

NAFES CFSP accreditation is awarded to those individuals who successfully pass the NAFES CFSP exam held at the conclusion of each NAFES CFSP equipment and supplies overview seminar and who then achieve a minimum of 35 points on the CFSP Personal Data form. The score is based on an individuals experience, education and involvement in the foodservice industry.

Confirmed dates for the CFSP program in 2008 are:

11-12 April 2008             Brisbane
20-21 June 2008             Melbourne
24-25 October 2008        Sydney
